Salsa Free Steps & Styling Workshop

Spice up your salsa by adding flavor and flair to your partnerwork and shines. In this special workshop, we will break down the use of hands, arms, shoulders, hips, and footwork as tools of expression to accentuate the music.

Workshop Highlights

• Explore styling modifications for LA and NY (in-line) salsa.
• Learn technique for Cuban-style, casino, and timba music.

Registration

To register, submit an e-transfer to aguanile.ottawa@gmail.com. The fee is $20 per individual or $30 for two participants (please include both names in the transfer).

Venue Details

• Location: Pure Havana Dance Studio (at the corner of MacLaren and Elgin, above Bridgehead Coffee).
• Requirements: Please wear indoor shoes.
• Parking: Free street parking in the surrounding area or at the City Hall underground parkade located 2.5 blocks away.
