About the event

What to expect

As part of the Journées de la culture, Place Karl-Tremblay is transformed into a dance floor for the whole family. Come and move to the rhythm while discovering various dance styles during this lively evening event.

Program

18:00 – 18:30: Opening with Philippe Jetté, spokesperson for the Journées de la culture in Lanaudière, followed by an introduction to traditional CALL dance.
18:30 – 19:00: Dance demonstrations presented by groups from various dance schools in L’Assomption.
19:00 – 20:00: Salsa class with Espace Yambae. Open to both beginners and experienced dancers.
20:00 – 21:30: Country line dancing with Highway Danse Country.
