Samedi Dansante: Saturday Dance Night

Join us for Samedi Dansante, a series of dance events dedicated to building community in a relaxed, house-party atmosphere. Whether you are looking to learn new moves or meet new friends, our inclusive environment welcomes dancers of all levels.

Program

• 19:00: Dance lesson featuring various styles including Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Merengue, Konpa, Cumbia, Blues, and Tango. Classes start at a beginner level, with occasional level 2 options.
• 20:00: Intermediate Salsa class.
• 21:00: Social dance and practice time.

Important Information

• No partner is required.
• Beginner friendly: you are encouraged to ask others to dance.
• Please support the local venue by purchasing a drink or snack.
• Footwear: Wear shoes with flat bottoms and minimal traction. Do not wear winter boots containing salt, snow, or rocks.
• Atmosphere: This is not a speed dating event; please remain respectful of social cues.
• Media: Photos and videos are recorded during events. Please notify us if you prefer not to be filmed or photographed.

Admission and Registration

• $15: Class plus social dance.
• $25: Both classes plus social dance.
• $10: Social dance only.
• $10: Reduced entry for students and those on a tight budget.
