Samedi Dansante: Saturday Dance Night

Join us for a friendly, beginner-oriented dance event designed to build community in a casual atmosphere similar to a house party. No partner is required to attend.

Program

• 19:00: Dance lesson featuring various styles including Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Merengue, Konpa, Cumbia, Blues, and Tango. Classes cover beginner levels and occasionally level 2.
• 20:00: Intermediate Salsa class.
• 21:00: Social dance and practice time.

Admission and Registration

• $15: One class plus social dance.
• $25: Both classes plus social dance.
• $10: Social dance only.
• $10: Reduced admission for students and the unemployed.

Venue

Restaurant Le 514, 3509 Boulevard Saint-Laurent, Montréal. The venue is located within a 10-minute walk from the Sherbrooke or Saint-Laurent metro stations.

Guidelines

• Please support the host business by ordering a drink or meal.
• Wear flat-bottomed shoes with low traction. Avoid wearing winter boots with salt, snow, or rocks.
• This is not a speed dating event. Please respect social cues and ensure a welcoming environment for all. Inappropriate behavior will result in removal.
• Photos and videos are recorded during the event. Please notify the organizers if you prefer not to be photographed.
