Latin Essence: Latin Movement for Women

Latin Essence: Foundations of Latin Movement for Women is a workshop designed for beginner dancers, beginners with a strong base, and intermediate dancers. The session focuses on bridging feminine intuitive movement with the unique flavors and techniques of Latin dance.

Program

• Floor work designed to soften, ground the body, and connect to the womb and pelvis.
• Fundamentals of hip motion, upper body movement, and arm styling.

Instructions

• Please bring a yoga mat.
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
• Studio access: Take the elevator to the 4th floor, suite 406; the studio is on the left.
• Free parking is available on the street or in the private Baltex parking lot on the side of the building.
