Samedi Dansante - Saturday Dance Night

Join us for a friendly, casual dance evening designed to help you meet people and build community. Whether you are a beginner or looking to practice, all are welcome. No partner is required, and the atmosphere is kept relaxed, similar to a house party. Please support the local venue by ordering drinks or food.

Program

• 19:00: Dance lesson featuring various styles, including beginner and sometimes level 2 sessions covering Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Merengue, Konpa, Cumbia, Blues, or Tango.
• 20:00: Intermediate Salsa lesson.
• 21:00: Social dance and practice time.

Admission

• $15: One class and social dance.
• $25: Both classes and social dance.
• $10: Social dance only.
• $10: Reduced rate for those on a tight budget (e.g., students, unemployed).

Restaurant Le 514 3509 Boulevard St-Laurent, Montréal, QC H2X 2T6, Canada Located within a 10-minute walk from Metro Sherbrooke or Metro Saint-Laurent.

Important Notes

• Please wear flat-bottomed shoes with minimal traction. Avoid wearing winter boots containing salt, snow, or rocks.
• This is not a speed dating event.
• Maintain a respectful environment by reading social cues and ensuring others feel safe. Inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event.
• Photos and videos are recorded during the evening. Please inform the organizers if you do not wish to be photographed.
