Class Details

Lady Styling (7:00 PM) Focus on developing stronger spins, improved balance, and better control. This session includes a jazz-inspired jump to add dynamic elevation to your movement. We will cover the technique behind each element to help you feel more stable and confident on the dance floor.

Advanced Partnerwork (8:15 PM) Dive into advanced turns and variations. We will break down the technique, connection, and mechanics required, then explore different ways to integrate these movements into your dancing.

Following the ELEVA philosophy, we prioritize technique before introducing challenging variations. We look forward to training with you on Wednesday, September 16.
