Argentine Tango from Buenos Aires at Cosy Montréal

Cosy Montréal welcomes Gustavo, a guest instructor from the tango neighbourhoods of Buenos Aires, where tango is lived, shared and passed down through generations. The aim is to bring participants closer to the tango as it is danced in Buenos Aires milongas.

• Practice after class to integrate what was just learned

From the very first class, Gustavo works on the real language of social tango: walking, the abrazo, connection, musicality, improvisation and communication with a partner. The focus is not simply on learning figures to reproduce, but on understanding how two people can truly dance together.
