What is Rueda?

Rueda de salsa, commonly known as Rueda, is a vibrant social dance where couples form a circle to perform coordinated figures based on a leader's calls. Whether it involves complex turns, partner swaps, or group movements, every participant moves in unison to the pulse of the music.

How it feels

The experience is communal and dynamic. By dancing in a circle, you share the rhythm with everyone around you, constantly rotating partners and refining your footwork in a collective setting. It is an engaging way to build confidence and musicality while feeling part of a larger team.
