What to expect
Experience your monthly Afro-Latin escape at Studio X Ottawa. AfroLatin Fix celebrates the rhythm and connection of Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Konpa, and Caribbean Zouk across two dedicated dance rooms.
Schedule
- 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Complimentary intermediate workshop
- 9:00 pm – 1:00 am: Social dancing in two rooms
Event Details
- Frequency: Monthly in 2027, usually held on the 3rd Saturday of the month (occasional exceptions on the 2nd or 4th Saturday).
- Location: Studio X Ottawa.
- Policy: No outdoor shoes allowed. Please bring a clean pair of indoor dance shoes.
- Registration: Reservations are required before Saturday at 4:00 pm. No refunds, cancellations, returns, or transfers.
Pricing
- Early bird: $12 (until 11:59 pm the Friday of the previous week)
- Pre-event: $15 (until 11:59 pm the Friday before the event)
- Day of event (until 4:00 pm): $18
- After 4:00 pm & at the door: $20
