Tarraxo Thursdays with Emily

Learn and explore Tarraxo, a creative partner dance that gives both roles the freedom to develop body movement and isolations. Classes are taught by certified Tarraxo instructor Emily Herle and run for six consecutive Thursdays from September 17 to October 22, 2026, at Espace des Arts in Montreal.

Schedule

• 6:30–7:30 pm — Level 1
• 7:30–8:00 pm — Open practice for both levels
• 8:00–9:00 pm — Level 2 (for dancers who have taken Tarraxo classes with Emily or elsewhere)

Registration

• Pre-register for all six consecutive classes; online registration is required.

Admission

• $140 per six-week session, per level
• Special: $240 for Level 1 and Level 2 (for Level 2 students who want to keep improving their basics and get more practice time)
• No refunds

Instructor

Classes are taught by Emily Herle, a certified Tarraxo instructor who has trained with instructors worldwide, in a fun and safe atmosphere.

This session is role neutral: there are no fixed lead and follow roles, and all participants can experiment with both leading and following simple steps.
