Soiree Bachata

Join us for an evening of Bachata dancing designed to help you learn, make friends, and build community in a casual, house-party atmosphere. These events are beginner-friendly and do not require a partner.

Program

• 17:00: Bachata beginner lesson
• 18:00: Bachata intermediate lesson
• 19:00: Bachata advanced lesson
• 20:00: Social dance

Admission and registration

• $15: Class plus social dance
• $10: Additional classes
• $10: Social dance only
• $10: Concession rate (students, unemployed)

Venue and participation

Located at M Montreal Hostel, 1245 St Andre St, Montreal, Quebec H2L 3T1. To enter, please ring the doorbell and join us downstairs at the bar.

• Bar: Cash only.
• Food and drink: You may bring your own food or snacks. Please do not bring outside drinks; water bottles are encouraged, and tap water is available.
• Footwear: Please wear shoes with a flat bottom and low traction. Outdoor winter boots containing salt, snow, or rocks are not permitted.
• Conduct: This is not a speed dating event; please be respectful of social cues. Photos and videos are recorded at the event; notify organizers if you prefer not to be included. Please support the local business by ordering items from the bar.
