Monday Salsa Night at Salsa Loma – Two Classes, Social Dancing, Free Parking, DJs

A weekly Monday salsa night in Montreal's Côte-des-Neiges district, held every Monday in 2026, open year-round and welcome to all skill levels, including complete beginners. Come alone, as a couple, with family, or with friends. Each evening includes two instructional classes followed by a social dance party — nearly 3 hours of dancing and music.

Monday program

Arrive and leave whenever you like.

• 19:00 – Doors open for registration
• 19:10–19:50 – Beginner salsa class (40 min)
• 19:50–20:15 – Intermediate salsa class (25 min)
• 20:15–22:00 – Social dance party for all levels (free dance/social); advanced dancers welcome

Music and DJs

• DJ Salsa Love and DJ Spec 2
• ~75% salsa, ~25% bachata, cha-cha and merengue
• Mini-bar and crêpe stand on site
• Large dance floor (75 people or more)

Venue and access

Large hall at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Church, 5320 Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montreal (left door under the bell tower, next to the Côte-des-Neiges metro station).

• Metro: 15 seconds from Côte-des-Neiges station (blue line), exit 165 South
• Bus: lines 165, 166, 435, 51, 119, 160, then a short walk
• Car: large free parking lot between the church and the metro

Admission and registration

Full experience

• $14 – both classes included
• $12 – intermediate class only (from 19:50)

Partial experience (social only)

• $9 – social from 20:15
• $7 – per person when two arrive together (must arrive before 20:30)

Payment at the door (cash or Interac e-transfer to salsa_loma@yahoo.ca, password: salsa). Summer special: $99 for 10 consecutive Mondays (19:00–22:00); payment required before the first class.

Children

Children are welcome and will have space to dance; parents remain responsible for supervising them.
