Biomechanical Workshop and Fish-Flip

Join us for a unique opportunity to explore partner work with expert Dr. Sylvain Lafortune, who will share the biomechanical foundations behind efficient and effortless acrobatics. In addition, work on a fun acrobatic move, the Fish-Flip, with Annie & Rafal, champions of NORMAlizer 2026. This session is held in the safe, structured environment provided by Lindy Air.

• 1:00 PM: Warm-up and physical preparation (Annie)
• 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Partner work with Dr. Lafortune
• 2:30 PM – 2:40 PM: Break
• 2:40 PM – 4:00 PM: Fish-Flip with Annie & Rafal
