Feel & Connection

Soul dance is a flowing, groove-oriented expression rooted in the rich sounds of R&B, funk, and gospel. In the Québec City region, this style prioritizes musicality and individual expression over rigid technical requirements, making it an accessible entry point for any dancer.

Social Setting

You will find the soul community gathering in various local venues, from community halls to intimate clubs. The atmosphere is consistently welcoming; regardless of your experience level, you are encouraged to step onto the floor to connect with the music and fellow dancers.
