Tango Club Rive‑Nord

Tango Club Rive‑Nord is an Argentine Tango school and community serving the Laval, St‑Jérôme and St‑Sauveur areas of the Laurentides region.

Mission

Founded in 2010, the school’s purpose is to preserve the authenticity and essence of Argentine Tango through quality teaching that inspires Argentine culture. It marked its 15th anniversary on 14 November 2025.

Classes and services

• Group classes – Seven progressive levels, open to beginners and advanced dancers; participants may attend with or without a partner.
• Private lessons – One‑on‑one instruction for faster, precise progress, available to individuals or couples.
• Special workshops – Guest‑instructor sessions on various tango topics.
• Milongas – Weekly social dance evenings, including the Thursday “Grande Milonga” and a summer outdoor milonga at Parc Bernard‑Landry in Laval.
• Practilonga – Saturday practice sessions open to all members of the tango community.
• Events – Seasonal balls, costume parties, orchestra nights, and performances.
