Soiree Salsa

Come learn to dance salsa and make new friends! All levels are welcome, and no partner is required—just ask someone to dance. Our events focus on community building in a casual, house-party atmosphere. Please support the local venue by purchasing a drink at the bar.

Schedule

• 7:30 PM: Salsa beginner lesson
• 8:15 PM: Salsa beginner/intermediate lesson
• 9:15 PM: Social dance / Practice time

Venue & Admission

• Admission: $15 at the door (cash or e-transfer to amandajeancampbell@outlook.com)
• Discounted entry: $10 for students, unemployed individuals, or those on a tight budget
• Location: M Montreal Hostel, 1245 St Andre St, Montreal, Quebec H2L 3T1
• Note: Ring the doorbell to enter and join us at the downstairs bar.

Important Information

• Bar: Cash only.
• Food/Drink: You are welcome to bring food or snacks, as the venue does not sell any. Please do not bring outside beverages other than water; you may bring a water bottle or ask for tap water at the bar.
• Conduct: This is not a speed dating event. Please be mindful of social cues and ensure everyone feels safe and welcome. Any rude or sexually inappropriate behavior will result in removal.
